In the relaxed setting of my private dining area at Noya's Kitchen, classes are small and friendly, with groups of up to 6 people, giving you lots of one to one attention and entirely hands on cooking! I will show you how to use an array of specialist Asian ingredients, including exotic fresh herbs and spices to prepare the delicate, subtle balance of flavours: salty, sweet and sour that characterises Vietnamese cooking. So be prepared to roll up your sleeves and have fun cooking this wonderful aromatic cuisine. At the end of the class... sit, relax and enjoy your creations. Your take homes are my recipes, your new skills and your delicious food... if there's any left over!
You’ll learn to cook a delicious 4-course menu, learning a wide variety of Vietnamese flavours and techniques. They will run from 6-9.30pm and cost £100pp.

The class includes all food, tuition, dining together and a drink from the bar: wine, beer, soft drink, Vietnamese coffee or Asian leaf tea.
